Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code. Ensure designs comply with specifications. Prepare and produce releases of software components. Support continuous improvement by investigating alternate technologies and presenting these for architectural review.

Build rapport with contacts and understand where the prospect is in the buying process. Identify opportunities that meet a minimum qualification criteria for the sales team. Tend incoming sales calls and emails, and assign them to sales reps. We're looking for someone with: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and product presentation skills. Help build design work across multiple mediums on various projects, from small pieces to multi-channel campaigns. Build digital assets for marketing campaigns that align with the look and feel of those campaigns across other touch points. Assist in the planning and creation of designs for marketing automation campaigns to include email, social media, and PPC. Design templates for landing pages and emails using custom CSS and styling to help support brand messages. Design onsite creatives, including A/B testing and better UX design to help drive user engagement. Design dynamic and static banners for Google Display Network and other 3rd party networks. Assist in designing websites with wire-framing and UX capabilities. Design printed collateral, signage, print ads, etc.

Experience in manual and automation testing. Knowledge of Java Programming data types, variables, operators, flow control statements, methods (built-in as well as user-defined), Exception handling, File Handling, Database Operations, and OOPS concepts. Experience in MySQL/PgSQL. Experience in Selenium and Jmeter. Should be able to perform rigorous testing by creating large data sets, conduct back-end testing, and validate information as it flows through the system. Assist developers, support reps, and product managers in debugging issues. Re-test and verify the bugs/issues that have been fixed.

Provide voice-based support to international/domestic customers over the phone (Inbound and Outbound). Build a rapport with customers with clear and confident communication. Focus on customer satisfaction and first-time-resolution. Engage with the technical team to provide faster resolutions to technical issues. Work closely with the technical content team to identify gaps in the help module. Should be willing to work night shifts.

Ideate and create content for blogs, articles, social media copies, and other formats on a regular basis. Stay up to date with content in the market to understand the kind of content being written in digital media across platforms. Create documents for different markets and domains based on user proficiency.
